The apartment was originally outdated and not suitable for rental purposes. The goal of this renovation project was to create a functional, attractive and cost-efficient property, optimized for short-term rental returns in one of Mallorca’s most popular tourist areas.

As part of the renovation, a completely new electrical system was installed throughout the apartment. This ensures compliance with current regulations and provides a reliable infrastructure for intensive rental use.

A new IKEA kitchen was installed, combining clean design with practical functionality. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining and living area, maximizing natural light and creating a spacious feel.

To enhance the connection between the interior and exterior spaces, a new sliding door and window system was installed between the living room and the terrace.

Custom Storage Solutions and Space Optimization

To optimize the available space, a custom-built wardrobe was designed and installed. This unit discreetly integrates the boiler and washing machine, maintaining a clean and uncluttered interior.

Bathroom Renovation with Walk-In Shower and Mirrored Design

The bathroom was completely rebuilt with a focus on both functionality and visual impact. It includes a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door, seamlessly integrated into a continuous floor finish.
