This project involved the development of a luxury villa new build in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca, with a strong focus on spatial flow, outdoor living, and integration between architecture and landscape design.
The project was already under construction when we became involved, requiring a structured approach to assess the existing situation and take over coordination to bring the project to completion.

We carried out a detailed assessment of the current state of the build, including structural progress, technical installations, and coordination between contractors. Based on this, the project was restructured to ensure clear direction, efficient communication, and controlled execution moving forward.
A key feature of this project is the full basement level constructed beneath the entire property, allowing for a large garage, technical rooms, and additional functional space without compromising the main living areas.
The villa was designed to maximise open-plan living, with direct visual and physical connections between interior spaces, terraces, and the pool area.
The outdoor concept plays a central role in the project.
The villa features a flow-over swimming pool, seamlessly integrated with the surrounding terraces to create a continuous visual line between the property and its outdoor environment.
